Entering level 11

6 minutes left on the break and we will be heading to level 11. A 200 ante with 800/1600 blinds that just about 200 players will face.

They are now planning on playing until 2 am or 27 players. Odds are that 2 am gets here first. the play today, as I have stated almost every time, has been brutally slow. The whole room is playing either very cautious, or very smart. Depending on who you ask.

"It's been a real grind." said Gene Castro who is sitting on just over 60k in chips. "I was down to 2800 in chips in level 4, have never gone all in yet today, and am now sitting on 60k".

It has however been a very long day, and you can see that wearing on some of the players. Physical stamina does play a role in tournament poker, so we will see who can survive that part of it, and who is affected by it the most.
