EVENT #5 JOSEPH SMITH ELIMINATED IN 4TH

Once the logjam at 6 players was past, Joseph Smith followed Chen to the rail again by the hand of Donald Jacoby. It's never too late to go on a hot run of cards which is exactly what happened to Jacoby. Smith got his chips in and his AQ84 hand was behind on the 5 T Q flop to Jacoby's KJT5. The turn card Jack improved Jacoby to Jacks up but additional outs for Smith. None of those hit with the river 7 and Smith was sent to the rail. He will take home $5,219.
