MONSTER TABLES/ JEFF IZES ELIMINATED

The seating wasn't very nice to players today. On Table 9, We have Feming Chan, Gordon Eng, Tyler Marks, Jeff Izes.

In an early hand, Izes raises up pre flop and Chan flat calls from the bb. The flop comes [Ts 9s 4d]

Feming Leads out and Izes re-raises. Feming thinks and shoves. Izes calls and opens up with two black Kings. Chan shows 6s 4s for a pair and a flush draw.

The turn bricks but the river brings a nasty Qs to double Chan through Izes. Chan had $132k to start the hand and Izes was at $240k. Chan now stands at $270ish while Izes falls back to just over $100k.

"I'm telling you man, I'm one river card away from winning this thing.", said Izes. He's dejected but not out. We'll follow his action and bring you updates on his comeback.

The very next hand Izes gets a walk with AK in the bb. One more orbit sees him sitting in the bb again only this time with Ad Qd. Again, it's Feming Chan who raises his from mid position as it folds to Izes. Jeff shoves with his hand and Feming snap calls. Chan shows AK against Izes' AQ and he never catches up.

"Look, I'm not here to win $5k. I'm playing to get deep. I won a lot this week, and I'm happy with how this went. Feming was the only player at that table I was cautious of. He's a really good player. You play like a man, and you lose like a man.", said Jeff in his parting shot.

Feming now sits with just over $380k and is in good position to make a deep run.

Table #10 has a match up between Billy Gazes, Kathy Liebert, and Chris Reslock. Table #11 pits Mike Leah and Eric Siegel against each other, and Table #7 has Joe Brooks sitting to the left of Jason Dewitt.

We'll have the action as it comes.
