EVENT #9 (6-MAX) UPDATE

While the Deep Stack (Event #8) heads towards a final table, the Hold'Em 6-handed event is one of two other Main Event tournaments that are grinding away in the Event Center.

Josh Brikis (Pittsburgh, PA) is emerging as the early chip leader with players returning from dinner break. Brikis uses pocket kings early to triple up to 32k, then recently felts a player holding (A K) against his (A A).

"I don't know," says Brikis when asked if he's playing well, "ask these guys." One player jokingly chimes in, "I can't beat him, the prick."

Brikis is sitting on 135k as 55 players remain with an average stack of 48k.
