Joseph Astorina (Brooklyn, NY) considers Omaha Hi/Lo his best game, but is playing them all well today. He scooped a pot from Matt Glantz to take his stack to 25K. The mixed-game tournament player has honed his skills online, but says he feels "real comfortable" in today's field.
Lance Mesler (Linden, NJ) is a self-proclaimed 7-card stud cash game player who has been around Atlantic City cardrooms for a long time. He's avoided the table talk and friendly banter from Will "The Thrill" on Table 1 and taken his stack to 28k.
All 6 tables just broke with only 48 players remaining.
