EVENT #8 - TONY RUBERTO ELIMINATED IN 9TH

It didn't take long for more action to knock another player out. A preflop raise from Randy Cherkas followed by an all-in shove by Tony Ruberto who had Cherkas covered. Jason Turner concerned the call before mucking and Cherkas called off his chips.

It was a battle of Cherka's 99 versus Ruberto's A9. The board ran out with no help for Ruberto and he was crippled. Turner told us that he folded 66 after Ruberto shipped in which would have seen him flop quads.

Cherkas is up around 2,600,000 after a 900,000 lose the following hand. Tony Ruberto takes home $9,350 for 9th place.
