Corey Bierra made his mark on the tournament poker world when he collected $433,050 for his 2nd place finish in a '05 WSOP Circuit Event. Bierra took his poker winnings and looked for a more stable career as a family man. "I took my money and ran with it...I didn't want to donate it all back," jokes the part-time player. He invested in a successful franchise and now runs his own business.
He enjoys being a self-made family man in the comforts of Atlanta, Georgia. "I tried playing all the tournaments and traveling the circuit, but it just wasn't for me...I've got two kids at home, I'm in bed every night at 9pm."
